First pick one of our four great meal plans that you feel fits your lifestyle best. If you are looking for a customized meal plan we also have you covered with ELCFIT iD, which is the first ever completely customized meal service.

Once you have chosen your desired meal plan and submit your order, we then handle the rest. We prepare your meals with the freshest ingredients possible from Monday through Wednesday every week. We do this to ensure your order is processed and shipped overnight by Thursday of every week. This way your order is never sitting in shipping warehouses and will be at your door less than 24 hours after it was made!
