All of our clients meals are prepared fresh and delivered weekly in a temperature controlled Fedex Overnight shipped box with insulated custom ELC Fitness cooler bag to keep meals at the highest standards of safety and best quality. All ingredients, nutritional facts, and and type of meal are located on the custom label located on each meal made specifically for our clients.

WHERE ARE ELC FITNESS MEALS AVAILABLE?
ELC Fitness meals are available throughout the continental United States. We ship all orders via FedEx Overnight delivery to wherever our clients want to receive them.

HOW CAN ELC FITNESS MEALS HELP ME LOSE OR GAIN WEIGHT?
Our clients weight loss is not solely based on how many calories they consume but the ratios of protein, fat and carbohydrates they take in. Our meals are appropriately balanced and safely influence fat loss. We have taken the time to make specific programs for those who want to gain weight also. this is uncommon among the landscape of meal delivery and we are proud to provide our clients with this unique option.

WHAT RESULTS CAN I EXPECT FROM ELC FITNESS MEAL PLANS?
ELC Fitness provides you with the tools you will need to be successful on your path to excellent health and tremendous results. All the groundwork has been laid by us to provide you a unique meal experience that you will find nowhere else. Weight loss will vary for each client based on their individual weight, metabolism, age, activity level, and how well they stick to their desired meal plan.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ELC FITNESS MEALS?
ELC Fitness Meals must be prepaid at least 2 business days before the first delivery is shipped and may be purchased by credit card. ELC Fitness accepts AMEX, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. Signing up for an ELC Fitness meal plan automatically enrolls you in recurring bill pay. If you desire to pay bi weekly you must specify that when ordering. Many of our clients prefer to prepay for the month. Since this option has become popular we have decided to give a 4 % discount to all of our current and future customers when they select this option.

HOW DO I HEAT UP THE FOOD?
We recommend heating meals (after removing from custom freezer bags) for 1 and a half to 2 minutes depending on the power of your microwave.

DOES ELC FITNESS HAVE A REFERRAL PROGRAM?
Yes we do! ELC Fitness offers its members one meal on their meal plan for each referral that signs up for a meal plan. It’s our way to thank our current members for referring friends and family. To guarantee that your account will receive the proper credit for these referrals, your friend or family member must write your name in the Referred By section on their sign up form before their program begins.

IF I’M ALLERGIC TO CERTAIN FOODS CAN I REQUEST AN ALTERATION?

On our contact us form you will have the opportunity to tell us about your allergies and/or dislikes, and we’ll be happy to accommodate you. You will not receive a meal that has ingredients in it that you are allergic to. Instead, you will receive a different meal.

I’M IN WEIGHT WATCHERS® OR A HERBALIFE® PROGRAM, CAN I FOLLOW MY PLAN WITH ELC FITNESS?
Yes. Each one of our portion controlled meals are packed in a labeled freezer bag with the nutritional information at the top.

WHERE DOES THE FOOD COME FROM, AND IS IT ORGANIC?
ELC Fitness uses top quality produce. We get our fruits and vegetables from local farms, and our protein sources are everything from organic to grassfed.
